No return on customized products, stitched blouses, fall & edging and bridal lehenga & gowns.

Yes. Nirupama offers refund on non-discounted products. Refund won't be proceeded if the products are used. In 7-8 days the amount will be credited in your bank account.

Yes Nirupama charges shipping expenses on International orders. It may vary depending on locations. COD option is not available on orders shipped to International locations.
No we don't deliver same product on different addresses. If you want to do so you can place different orders on different address.
Delivery Queries
Approximately it takes around 8 days to to deliver your order. As soon as you place an order with us, you'll receive an email with delivery dates from our dispatch team.

We will update you through E-mail or SMS about the shipment of your product. You can check on the delivery website by entering your tracking number.
We provide flexible delivery option if the order is from Surat. Other orders may take 5-35 days of time, depending on the product.
Don't worry!! The delivery will be re attempted in the next 2 days. In case the parcel is not delivered yet, you can call us or mail us so that we can submit a delivery request to the courier company.
Yes your package is insured by Shiprocket.
All prices displayed on the website include Indian taxes and VAT. Duties in the prices are not included for the orders outside India. Customers will be considered as an importer so they will have to pay any custom fees, import duties or local taxes to release their order. Nirupama won't reimburse those charges.
If you want to change your shipping address after placing an order please email us on care@nirupama.fashion or call us immediately. As it won't be possible for us to change the address once the product is dispatched.
